I know this sounds like 2 completely different fish but both are definately longhorn cowfish. Their care level is considered difficult or expert level and a full grown longhorn cowfish requires an aquarium of at minimum 250 gallons. The longhorn cowfish is sometimes kept as a pet.

This species needs a very large aquarium when fully grown. If you re considering getting one or just love these fish this is just the board for you. Wild longhorn cowfish will often reach the full 20 inch size.
The name cowfish comes from the long horn like projections on each side of their heads. High level of experience to keep. Could someone tell me what information is right please.
