Glow Tetra Fish

Glow tetra fish. Because they are schooling fish you ll want to keep at least six glowlight tetras. This is a stunning fish. The glowlight tetra is one of the longest standing and most popular small aquarium fish available.
Proper aquarium lighting levels with a dark fish tank bottom can help enhance the colors of these tetras. The main reason for this is that there are few small fish as peaceful hardy and adaptable as the glowlight tetra. Moreover since glowlight tetras are moderately active any fish that is too active or aggressive will prove to be extremely stressful for glowlight tetras.
Black tetra feels more comfortable and behave better in groups of 6 8 fish and more. Glowlight tetras must be kept in groups ideally in aquariums with a few hiding spots amongst plants. It is silver in colour and a bright iridescent orange to red stripe extends from the snout to the base of its tail the front of the dorsal fin being the same color as the stripe.
