Juvenile queen angelfish. The queen angelfish juvenile is found in the eastern central atlantic western atlantic caribbean region growing up to 45cm in length. Queen angelfish juvenile holacanthus ciliaris is a semi aggressive omnivore angelfish that lives in western atlantic. The small juvenile will contain the juvenile colorations or may be color shifting to a young adult while the medium will be a sub adult and the large will be in adult coloration.
Also known as the blue angelfish. The queen angelfish should be fed at least three times daily. Juveniles have dark blue bodies with yellow lips gills and tail and vertical bars ranging in color from light blue to white.
